TravelnStore.com Seeking Initial Public Offering
- Share via
TravelnStore.com in Camarillo has filed a request with the Securities and Exchange Commission to undertake an initial public offering.
The offering seeks to raise $5 million and is only available directly from the company. While the company cannot accept investments pending its SEC review, interested parties may obtain a preliminary prospectus and give the company an indication of interest.
As a direct public offering, the shares are available on a first-come, first-served basis to investors who meet certain suitability standards as set forth in the prospectus and who reside in states where the offering is qualified.
The company was founded in July 1997 and launched its Web site, TravelnStore.com, last November.
Unlike other online travel sites, TravelnStore.com is not structured to sell travel directly. Instead, it acts as a navigator to travel-service providers such as cruise lines, tour companies, destination resorts and hotel groups.
On the TravelnStore.com site, users may print certificates that provide discounts, upgrades or premiums for selected travel services. The company receives a commission from the travel-service provider when a certificate is redeemed.
Interested parties may contact the Investor Relations Department at (888) 335-9194 for more information.
