For the next three months, the Beach Boulevard onramp to the southbound Santa Ana Freeway will be closed for reconstruction to accommodate the freeway’s widening. Motorists heading northbound on Beach should turn right on Manchester Boulevard and proceed to the Manchester onramp to the southbound Santa Ana. Southbound Beach motorists should turn left on Manchester to reach the southbound freeway onramp. Information: (949) 724-2077.
