CB Richard Ellis Makes Staff Changes in L.A., O.C.

Real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis Inc. announced some key staffing changes in its Los Angeles and Orange County operations.
Gregory S. Vorwaller, 39, has been named president of the Los Angeles-based firm’s investment properties group. Vorwaller, formerly executive vice president of investment properties, will oversee a staff of 300 employees who specialize primarily in the purchase and sale of commercial properties on the behalf of clients.
Vorwaller was a real estate finance executive at First National Bank of Chicago before joining CB Richard Ellis in 1993.
In Orange County, Alan Beaudette, a key executive in the county’s commercial real estate circles, is resigning after 21 years at CB Richard Ellis.
Beaudette, 43, senior managing officer in the firm’s Newport Beach, said he will craft a business strategy and complete a master thesis at Pepperdine University on how technology will shape the industry over the next decade.
