The City Council awarded a $230,00 contract to an engineering company to help design drainage projects. The work will cost the city about $2,655,000 and includes storm-drain work on Calle Loma, Calle Carmelita, Calle Monterey, Palisades Drive and three sites on Camino Capistrano.
