ISWest Acquires Ventura-Based NCPlus

Internet Specialties West in Westlake Village, which operates in Ventura County as an Internet service provider, has acquired Ventura-based NCPlus, known as ncplus.com.
ISWest completed the acquisition for an undisclosed amount.
Under the terms of the deal, ISWest’s Ventura facility will now serve NCPlus customers. Billing will continue under the NCPlus name until the companies either choose a new name or settle upon the ISWest name.
Officials said the acquisition will cut NCPlus’ overhead by half and will improve customer service.
