The city will spend $54,259 to place a school resource officer--a liaison with the principal, staff and the Police Department--at Buena Park High School from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the school week. The Fullerton Joint Union High School District, which operates the school, will reimburse the city for the position.
