This is the fourth consecutive year Orange Lutheran has reached at least the quarterfinals, but its first time in the final. Striker Sean Silva (22 goals) and halfback Jon Talmage (26 goals) have helped the Lancers to a 16-2 scoring advantage in the playoffs. Sweeper David Tankersley has helped shut down the Lancers’ opponents. Ivan Vargas leads Carpinteria with 24 goals.
