City officials hope to attract customers back to Lincoln Avenue with the Rediscover Lincoln Shopper Card. Participating businesses will offer discounts to card holders. Many Lincoln Avenue businesses have seen sales drop since construction started in November to redevelop the street. Construction is expected to be finished in July. The card will be mailed to more than 50,000 households this month.
