* Alcatel, Calabasas, has received a subcontract from the Guidance & Control Systems division of Litton Industries Inc., Woodland Hills, for $6 million to upgrade the information systems on 27 Navy CG-47 class ships, a Navy contract Litton announced on June 11.
* L-3 Communications, Sylmar, won a $162,232 contract from the Air Force for electrical and electronic parts at McLellan Air Force Base.
