Huntington Beach Tomorrow, an organization that works to preserve the quality of life in the city, with the Small Negative Group Players, will present the dinner theater production “Ghost of Councils Past,” Saturday at 6 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge at Lake Street and Palm Avenue. Tickets are $25 per person at the door. Prizes will be awarded for best homemade costume at this annual fund-raiser.
