Chili will be tasted and pets will be paraded at the Art-a-Fair Grounds on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The third annual fund-raiser, sponsored by the Laguna Beach Board of Realtors, already has more than three dozen pets and a dozen chili recipes entered for competition. Admission is free, but pet entries are $7.50 and chili entries are $35. Proceeds benefit the Laguna Beach Animal Shelter, Friends of the Sea Lions and the Bluebell Foundation for Cats.
