Saddleback College will open the Fall 1999 International Guest Artist Series at 8 tonight with La Tania Flamenco Music and Dance. Flamenco artist La Tania will be joined by guitarists, singers, a cellist and an actress. Tickets are $23 for general admission and $21 for students and seniors. Performances are at the college’s McKinney Stage, 28000 Marguerite Parkway. Information: (949) 582-4656.
