A pirate costume party is planned Oct. 16 to raise funds for the Orange County Marine Institute. The event, at the institute in Dana Point Harbor, includes dinner, dancing, games, a treasure hunt, a live and silent auction and a chance to win a diamond. Tickets are $100 if purchased before Friday.
