Sitestar Corp., Encino, said it has acquired Holland-American.com, from gourmet food retailer Holland American International Specialties for an undisclosed sum.
Holland-American.com is an online specialty food retailer. Sitestar is a diversified Internet holding company that acquires and invests in emerging Internet-related businesses.
