The City Council will meet in a special session Thursday to discuss possible action on issues related to City Manager Arthur C. Simonian, who is now on paid administrative leave.
The meeting was originally scheduled as a study session on financing for the city’s Black Gold Golf Course, but unfinished business from the council’s April 4 meeting has also been added to this week’s agenda. Last week’s meeting, adjourned at 1:45 a.m., lasted about seven hours with only half the agenda items completed.
The meeting will begin at noon in the council chambers at City Hall, 4845 Casa Loma Ave.
