Re “Fairness in Organ Transplants,” editorial, April 10:
It is not geography that limits organ availability. You want more organs--compensate donors!
Why should the doctors and hospitals be the only profit participants in the business of body-part brokering? If the overseers want donors, they need to address that uniquely American mantra, “What’s in it for me?”
