Richard D. Fybel is the newest member of the bench at North Justice Center. He was sworn into office Tuesday at the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.
Fybel, 54, has been practicing law for 28 years, specializing in business litigation in state and federal courts. More recently, Fybel served as judge pro tem of the Los Angeles Municipal Court and a partner with the law firm Morrison & Foerster.
