Local cable channel HBTV-3 was honored this month for outstanding television production.
The Southern California and Nevada Chapter of the National Assn. of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors awarded the channel two first-place honors in the performing arts category and a second-place honor in the community events category.
The presentation was made April 20 at the fourth annual All-Star Awards in Santa Monica.
