Rob Wagner, author of “Red Ink, White Lies--The Rise and Fall of Los Angeles’ Newspapers 1920-1962,” will discuss and sign his book at 2 p.m. Sunday at Borders Books, Music and Cafe at South Coast Plaza, 3333 Bear St. Wagner began his journalism career in 1974 and has worked as a reporter, city editor, night editor and managing editor for dailies in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties.
