Emmy-Winner Hewitt to Speak at Mariners Church on Christian Perspectives

Three-time Emmy winner and author Hugh Hewitt will speak at Mariners Church this weekend about Christian perspectives on culture and how Christians can influence their communities.
Hewitt will speak at 6 tonight and at 9 and 11 a.m. Sunday. He will also lead a question-and-answer period from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the church auditorium.
Hewitt is co-host of the TV news and public affairs show “Life & Times” on PBS (Los Angeles affiliate KCET-TV). He wrote “The Embarrassed Believer: Resurrecting Christian Witness in the Age of Mockery” and “First Principles.” He is a partner in the law firm Hewitt & McGuire LLP, a professor at the Chapman University School of Law and a member of the California Arts Council.
