Memorial services for 43-year-old Tracy Hamera, a longtime community activist who died of cancer Sunday, are scheduled for 3 p.m. Aug. 23 at Laguna Presbyterian Church, 415 Forest Ave.
Hamera died after a three-year battle with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She is survived by her husband, Walter, a math teacher at Laguna Beach High School, and two sons. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Laguna Presbyterian Church, c/o Youth Ministries/Hamera Memorial, 415 Forest Ave., Laguna Beach, Calif. 92651.
