Regarding “Read Before You Rent Vacation Home or Condo” (Travel Insider, Nov. 5), by Christopher Reynolds: C’mon. The landlord, in most cases, is only abiding by the law. In most cities, the law limits occupancy to so many people per square foot of space, and if guests exceed this, who gets stuck? If Reynolds doesn’t like the fine print, vacation in a state with fewer lawyers.
