A crane knocked out a utility pole Wednesday at a Target store construction site, leading to a temporary loss of power for more than 400 utility customers in the area, authorities said.
No one was injured in the accident, which occurred about 11:40 a.m. at Sepulveda Boulevard and Hatteras Street, a Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman said.
Power was restored by 1:30 p.m., said Randy Hough, spokesman for the city Department of Water and Power.
