The Golden Rain Foundation on Tuesday unanimously appointed a board member to represent Leisure World on the Aliso Creek water shed project. Robert Miller will join Mayor Bert Hack and Councilman Jim Thorpe on the city’s water quality committee. They will serve as an information hub for the city about urban runoff and water contamination.
