Stephen Weisburg, executive director of the Southern Coastal Water Research Project, will discuss ocean water quality at tonight’s community meeting at City Hall, 6:30 p.m. The Water Quality Workshop will be hosted by Mayor Paul Yost, who hopes to address urban runoff problems and the future use of the vacant Department of Water and Power property next to the San Gabriel River Channel.
