Parking codes are likely to change over the next few months as law enforcement officials prepare a list of streets where residents who block the sidewalks with their parked vehicles will be cited.
The decision to survey the parking situation throughout San Clemente came at last week’s City Council meeting when Lt. Fred Lisanti, San Clemente’s Chief of Police Services, gave the council an overview of the city’s existing parking policies.
