Michael Luderer scored 24 points and Cody Pearson had 21 to help Notre Dame High upset Chaminade, 59-54, on Wednesday night in a Mission League boys’ basketball game at Chaminade.
Pearson connected on consecutive turnaround jumpers in the final three minutes to give the Knights (13-4, 3-1 in league play) a five-point lead they would never relinquish.
Chaminade (10-5, 1-2), ranked No. 2 in the region by The Times, continues to have difficulty finding anyone to score other than 6-foot-9 Scott Borchart, who had 28 points.
