Literacy Is Topic of Community Issues Talk

The National Conference for Community and Justice is hosting “Community Issues Forum Series 2000, We Open Minds” at the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital Medical Office Building, 11100 Warner Ave., Suite 112.

Its next speaker will be Mark Willes, chairman and chief executive of Times Mirror Co., which owns the Los Angeles Times.

Willes will speak on “Who’s Responsible for Literacy in America?” from 7 to 9:15 p.m. March 14.
