Fullerton Tournament Is Lost to Bad Weather

Rain caused cancellation of the final day of the Kia Baseball Bash at Cal State Fullerton on Sunday. Only two of six scheduled weekend games were completed.

“We’ll try to reschedule our game with USC on a date that works for both schools,” Fullerton Coach George Horton said.

Horton said it was impossible to reschedule any of the games for today because of other commitments. “It’s a disappointment,” Horton said.

Horton said Fullerton has a three-year commitment from the sponsor and anticipates the event will continue next year.
