Group to Honor Downtown L.A. Leaders

Three business leaders who have played a role in efforts to revitalize downtown Los Angeles will be honored by Commercial Real Estate Women during the group’s March 14 Renaissance Awards dinner.
The awards will be given to architect Brenda Levin, whose firm has been responsible for the renovation of the Bradury Building, Grand Central Market and other downtown projects; Jerri Perrone, a partner in developer Gilmore Associates; and Carol Schatz, president and chief executive of the Central City Assn. of Los Angeles. An award also will go to the Japanese American National Museum and its executive director and president, Irene Hirano.
