Cushman to Market Playa Vista Parcel

Los Angeles-based Cushman Realty Corp. has been selected by Playa Capital Corp. to find a buyer for a 6.5-acre parcel of commercial property at the Playa Vista development south of Marina del Rey.
The property, at the intersection of Jefferson and Lincoln boulevards, can accommodate up to 426,000 square feet of commercial space in the master-planned community. Cushman will begin marketing the property later this month.
Developer Robert Maguire remains in charge of planning Playa Vista’s main commercial campus. The development is expected to include more than 3 million square feet of office and studio space.
