Pinkerton Consulting Acquires Southern Firm

Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations in Westlake Village has acquired Asset Management Solutions of Raleigh, N.C.
Asset Management Solutions is a security consulting firm specializing in developing asset management, business controls and re-engineering programs for global manufacturers.
Terms of the transaction were not announced.
Asset Management Solutions will be integrated into Pinkerton’s Logistics Consulting group, a security consulting team that assists multinational corporations in safeguarding their components and finished products during manufacturing, storage and distribution. Clients of the group are predominantly manufacturers of high-technology goods and electronic components.
Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations is a division of Pinkerton’s Inc., the international security firm.
