Council members on Monday appointed Randall Longwith to fill the city’s vacant Nonconforming Use Hearing Board position.
The board comprises two city staff members and three residents who review appeals of Community Development Agency decisions.
Longwith is an eight-year resident of the city and works as a legal software representative.
