Dow Jones & Co. said Chief Financial Officer Jerry Bailey is resigning for personal reasons. The publisher of the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s said Bailey will stay on while it searches for a replacement outside the company. Dow Jones also said its board authorized the repurchase of up to $500 million in stock.
