Re “Bus Feud: a Smoother Road,” editorial, Dec. 1: Not all bus advocates agree with the Bus Riders Union. Organizations like Southern California Transit Advocates and the MTA’s own Citizen’s Advisory Council have openly criticized the consent decree as a fatally flawed document that wastes millions of transit dollars and is turning into the single force most destructive to improving transit in Los Angeles County.
Many of us are weary of the rhetoric and misinformed sound bites and urge the MTA to take it to the Supreme Court.
