* Litton Industries in Woodland Hills won a $1.9-billion award to provide parts and repairs, plus logistical and technical services, to foreign countries through the U.S. Air Force, and a $277,536 contract from the U.S. Navy in Mechanicsburg, Pa., for circuit card assemblies.
* Lavi Systems Inc. of Panorama City won a $150,480 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for temperature sensors.
* Cadillac Gage Textron Inc. of Valencia won a $100,956 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for circuit board subassemblies.
