AML Communications Posts $1.4-Million Loss

AML Communications Inc. in Camarillo reported a net loss of $1.4 million, or 23 cents per diluted share, for the third fiscal quarter that ended Dec. 31, compared with a loss of $494,000, or 8 cents per diluted share, for the same period a year earlier.

Sales for the quarter were $1.2 million, compared with $1.5 million for the same period a year earlier.

“Revenues for the fiscal third quarter were disappointing, as we have been challenged with the various product roll-outs from all of our new bookings,” said Kirk A. Waldron, president and chief executive.
