Burnham Pacific Sells 3 Shopping Centers

Burnham Pacific Properties Inc. said it has completed the sale of three shopping centers, including La Mancha Shopping Center in Fullerton, to Retail Value Investment Program for about $109.9 million. Retail Value is a joint venture consisting of Developers Diversified, Coventry Real Estate Partners and Prudential Real Estate Investors.
