* Contemporary Dance--Santa Barbara Dance Theatre will present “Ghost Dances: Voices From the Past,” a 10th-anniversary retrospective at UC Santa Barbara’s Hatlen Theatre. The multimedia program will feature choreography by Jerry Pearson, Christopher Pilafian and Nancy Colahan. * Museum--Santa Barbara Museum of Art will open “Dual Visions of the American West: Photographs by Macduff Everton and David Muench” on Saturday. The exhibit features about 80 large- and small-scale images of the American West by these contemporary photographers. Through March 25.
