Fund-Raising Walk to Aid Dog Adoptions

The Humane League will hold its “Walk for Animals” fund-raiser Sunday. The five-mile stroll will begin at San Buenaventura State Beach park and continue along the promenade.
The Humane League is registering individuals and teams of walkers for the event, which will benefit a dog adoption program. Walkers may bring their dogs.
Registration is $25. Participants will receive a T-shirt and dog treats. For information, call 652-1001.
