Airport Names Head of Business Affairs

David C. Miller has been named Burbank Airport’s director of administrative services, overseeing a budget of $68 million, airport officials said Tuesday.
Miller, 55, of Encino, will be responsible for business affairs, including purchasing, budgeting and accounting, at the airport, which serves 4.7 million passengers a year.
Miller previously worked as general manager of Mercury Air Center.
