D.A. to Investigate Man’s Allegations Against Police

An Oregon man’s complaint that he was injured while in custody on suspicion of public intoxication has been turned over to the Orange County district attorney’s office for investigation, police said.
Arrow Stower was arrested about 2:20 a.m. Friday and booked at Seal Beach City Jail, according to a police statement.
On his release, Stower alleged that he was hurt while in custody.
