Janzen Missed Chance: the Rest Just Missed

Boy, did Lee Janzen miss the boat! He should have asked his lawyer to file for an immediate injunction allowing him to continue to play while the courts decided whether he was unfairly singled out for violating Rule 13-2. After all, if the courts are going to be able to change the rules of any sport should they deem them unfair for any reason, then it is worth a try on Janzen’s part. He really couldn’t avoid dropping that towel on the wet grass after he mopped his brow. Gee, it was really hot out there!
