Art Show to Include Barbecue and Music

The Midtown Ventura Community Council will hold its fourth annual Midtown Art Feast from noon to 6 p.m. today.
The event will feature a barbecue, a historical tour and three garden sites where artists will display their work.
There will be musical performances featuring classical music from India, lutes, drums, fiddles, guitars and singers.
All events are free except the barbecue, which costs $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 6 to 12. The location is the Washington School on MacMillan Avenue between Main Street and Thompson Boulevard.
