Woman Raped by One of Two Intruders

Police were looking Tuesday for two men who ransacked a home in the Mid-City area where one of them raped a young woman.
The robbers tied up the owner of the home and a female friend about 7 p.m. Monday in the 5800 block of Airdrome Street, police said.
The pair then scoured the home for credit cards, cash and other items, said Officer Eduardo Funes. Before leaving, one of the intruders raped the woman, police said.
