NEWARK, N.J — A woman who has gone from aircraft cleaning to passenger screening is among the first wave of federal security officers deployed Tuesday at Newark International Airport.
Danise Daville was one of 150 federal screeners deployed at the airport. Daville, who had worked for Northwest Airlines, said she is pleased with her training and increased salary. “It’s a great job,” she said.
