Arrogance of Former Enron Executives

What amazing arrogance that Enron Corp. insiders such as former CEO Jeffrey K. Skilling’s wife, Rebecca Carter, and former Vice Chairman Mark Frevert would even consider seeking more after they were among the folks who walked away with a combined $25 million [“Ex-Enron Execs Seek Extra Severance,” Aug. 13].
Frevert claims it’s due him as part of a performance bonus. Federal prosecutors should be asked how soon Enron officials will be indicted for their conduct.
