Key3Media Unable to Make Payment

Key3Media Group Inc., the operator of the Comdex computer and other major trade shows, said it would be unable to make an interest payment due on its debt, moving it closer to default.

The Los Angeles firm has a month to make good on the approximately $15 million payment, but in a statement said there was “substantial risk” it would be unable to do so.
