Celtic Music Concert Planned at City Hall

Celeste Howard Ray will perform a St. Patrick’s Day concert today at City Hall.
Ray, who has lived in Ventura for five years, will sing and perform traditional Celtic works and original music. She will be accompanied by the Celtic Legend Ensemble.
The show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets, available at the door, are $12 general and $10 for seniors. City Hall is at 501 Poli St.
