Fess Parker Revises Plans for Hotel Again
- Share via
Developer, vintner and former “Davy Crockett” star Fess Parker has revised plans once again for an already-approved 150-room ocean view hotel.
The changes are minor. They include landscaping changes to the interior courtyard and angling of the buildings to create a continuous green space on both sides of Calle Cesar Chavez. Some of the hotel rooms have been moved farther from the railroad tracks.
Parker is asking the city to conclude that his revisions don’t have to undergo another round of full review. The hotel could open by October 2004.
